This policy explains what personal data eQMO collects through this website, why we collect it and what your choices are. It covers the website only. Use of the eQMO platform is governed by the agreement between eQMO and your organisation.

Who we are

This website is operated by eQMO Ltd (“eQMO”, “we”, “us”). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at privacy@eqmo.example or through the contact page.

The data we collect

We collect only what we need to answer you and to run the website.

• Enquiries. Name, work email, company, phone number (optional), the type of enquiry and your message, when you use a form on this site.
• Suggestions. The text of your suggestion and, if you give it, your email address.
• Chat. The questions you ask the website assistant and any contact details you choose to give it.
• Usage data. Pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, collected through analytics cookies if you accept them.

How we use your data

• To reply to your enquiry and provide the information you asked for.
• To arrange a demonstration or a free trial at your request.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it.
• To keep the website secure and prevent abuse of our forms.

Our legal bases

We rely on your consent for analytics cookies and for contacting you about an enquiry you send us, on our legitimate interests in running and securing the website, and on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract when you ask for a trial or a quote.

Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website, under contracts that limit what they may do with it:

• Email delivery providers, to send and receive enquiries.
• Analytics providers, if you have accepted analytics cookies.
• The provider of the website assistant, to generate replies to your questions.

How long we keep data

Enquiries and suggestions are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless you become a customer. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.

• receive a copy in a portable format;
